Meet Embrace

Embrace Digital is a technology consultancy based in Warrington. Since 2017, the team has helped organisations minimise paperwork and improve customer service by automating everyday tasks.  

Their work spans finance, law, manufacturing and shipping. Notable projects include back-office upgrades for Co-op Legal and Devro, from small assignments to large-scale programmes for Fortune 500 firms. Stuck in a "word-of-mouth" loop

Word-of-mouth had worked well. But Embrace wanted to grow and for that, they needed a clearer strategy.  

 They asked us to: 

  • Build a step-by-step marketing strategy 
  • Sharpen their brand identity and messaging 
  • Evolve their website with clearer copy 
  • Increase brand visibility beyond their existing network 
  • Attract bigger clients and high-value work 
  • Hit long-term revenue targets 
  • Deepen trust with current clients and generate more qualified leads 


Our mission was to replace their reactive, ‘as-and-when’ marketing with a professional, scalable system. This would hand the directors back their most valuable asset – time – to focus on leading the business. 

First, the foundations

We kicked things off with a hands-on workshop with the Embrace leadership team. Together we clarified goals, brand position, audience and priorities. Then we mapped the full customer journey to spot gaps and quick wins.   

We built a 12-month marketing roadmap tied to Embrace Digital’s growth targets. It set clear goals for awareness, engagement and lead flow. It showed how the website, social media, email, events and chosen ads would work together.   

Building steady visibility

From the roadmap, we shaped a six-month content calendar of case studies, how-to guides, events and short webinars. Each piece tackled a real client problem and showed Embrace Digital’s approach in plain terms. 

To make sure this content landed well, we refreshed the brand identity. Not a full rebrand – just the right updates to bring it in line with the business Embrace is today. 

That included:

  • A refined brand identity and logo (modernised, not replaced) 
  • Updated colours and typography for consistency and clarity 
  • Graphics and icons to support more visual, digestible content 
  • Imagery that focused on what success looks like for their clients 

 

We also created supporting brand assets to keep everything consistent:

  • Email and social templates
  • Proposal documents
  • A refreshed PowerPoint deck

With these elements in place, Embrace could show up with confidence across every channel – professional, recognisable and clearly positioned. 

Evolving the brand voice

We tested the existing tone and agreed it needed to shift. The new voice is more direct, more human and more aligned with how the team naturally speaks. It now reflects a modern Embrace, rooted in clarity, transparency and practical expertise. 

We locked in the tone with key message guidance, examples and language tips to help the team stay consistent whether they’re writing a proposal, a blog or a LinkedIn post. 

A better website for winning work

Embrace Digital already had a website, but it no longer reflected the new brand story we had shaped with them. We began by weaving the updated tone, key messages and target-audience insights into every corner of the site. Fresh copy replaced the old on the Home, About and service pages, making the offer clearer and more direct. 

Older case studies were next. We tightened the language, added recent outcomes, and highlighted client quotes so visitors could see evidence within seconds. 

Design changes followed the words. The new logo set the style, and a cleaner layout guided readers from headline to call-to-action without friction.

A professional foundation ready for what's next

So, where did this leave Embrace? 

Not with a one-off campaign, but with a professional, operational foundation they own and control. 

The “as-and-when” stress is gone. Replaced by a clear, manageable rhythm. Their marketing now has a heartbeat: consistent, on-brand content that builds visibility; nurtured leads that turn into conversations and a website that confidently closes the deal. 

With this engine built and humming along, Embrace is no longer stuck in foundational work. They are poised for acceleration. Now, they have the platform to execute high-impact, high-value activities like strategic campaigns.

We originally engaged with MP&Co in early 2024 through a one-off webinar on which the content really clicked with us and we were hugely impressed with the team. From there, we engaged with MP&Co as our marketing partner and have worked with them ever since.

We went through a brand and strategy review exercise to ensure the team knew what we were about and how we worked. No stone was left unturned, and all aspects of the business were reviewed. The MP&Co team were helpful friendly and guided us in the right direction every step of the way.

The results from the review have since driven our marketing activity, with regular reviews being held to make sure we are still heading in the right direction.
