Since achieving B Corp status in 2024, we’ve made a conscious effort to maintain and improve our score by reducing the environmental footprint of the business.
In addition to the planet, we’re committed to people. We volunteer our expertise to causes that align with our values through our shared impact model.
When we invest time in our community, the impact goes both ways. Our team feels a stronger sense of purpose beyond their day-to-day work, and our marketing connects more naturally with the kind of prospects we genuinely want to work with.
Businesses have a responsibility to do better, and they have the power to act on it. By holding ourselves accountable to globally recognised standards, we create positive impact for both our clients and the environment.
Impact at MP&Co shows up in:
We believe great marketing should be accessible to organisations creating meaningful change, regardless of budget. Each year we reinvest a portion of our time and profit to support a select number of impact-led charities, nonprofits or community organisations at reduced or pro bono rates.
Our shared impact model was developed to ensure that our contribution is measurable and drives meaningful results for the organisations and communities we support.
Annual projects are selected based on strategic alignment and impact potential. Commercial clients can nominate a cause for us to consider as part of this programme, linking to their own ESG strategy.
Where possible, we offer joint volunteering opportunities to strengthen shared impact across our network. This isn’t charity; it’s a structured, intentional way of doing business that reflects who we are and how we believe marketing can be a force for good.
At year-end, we produce a clear, branded impact snapshot that clients can reference in ESG and sustainability reports (linked to B Corp pillars and UN SDGs).
We spend a lot of time helping organisations communicate the impact they make.
It only feels right that we do the same.
Our 2026 Impact Report looks at the decisions we’ve made over the past year and the work we’ve done alongside organisations creating positive change. There are things we’re proud of and plenty of areas where we know we can do better.
B Corp has given us a framework to challenge ourselves and never stop trying to improve how we work.
This report is a part of that. Give it a read.
The Purpose Report
Our joint report with Manchester Metropolitan and Lancaster Universities combines in-depth data with seasoned expertise, highlighting that ethical purpose isn’t a mere ‘plus’.
B Corp Impact Report 2025
Becoming a B Corp was never about getting the badge then putting our feet up. This first impact report is our attempt to share the highs and lows, challenges and lessons we’ve learnt since receiving our certification.
B Corp: The Journey So Far
As a business, we’ve been honest and open about our B Corp journey. It might not be for everyone, so take a look through our tips, tricks and why we chose to go down that road for MP&Co.
Here are just a couple of the local organisations we’ve supported as part of our shared impact commitment.
Caritas Social Action Network
Caritas Social Action Network (CSAN) was created to strengthen social action across England and Wales, working with Catholic organisations to address poverty and promote justice.
Our work
We worked with CSAN on its national “Do Justice” campaign, helping shape how the initiative would be shared across communities. Our role focused on refining the campaign story, developing a visual identity and messaging, and producing a set of creative and digital assets. Alongside this, we supported marketing activity to help the campaign reach a wider audience and encourage participation.
The results
The campaign was launched with a clear and recognisable identity that CSAN could use consistently across communications. With a stronger message and a set of practical campaign tools, the organisation was able to raise awareness of poverty and social justice issues while encouraging communities to get involved and take action.
Caritas Salford
Manchester-based charity Caritas Salford aims to reduce societal challenges and become a sustainable catalyst for change.
Our work
We collaborated on rebuilding the organisation’s website from the ground up. Through stakeholder workshops, we helped map out how the site should work for staff, volunteers and supporters. We then designed a new information structure, created the user experience, and developed the new site. The platform included modular page templates so the team can easily publish campaigns, volunteering opportunities and careers content, supported by integrated SEO and analytics.
The results
The new website provided Caritas Salford with a flexible and easy-to-manage digital platform. Teams can quickly add new pages and keep information up to date, while visitors can more easily find services, get involved or support the organisation. The refreshed site has strengthened Caritas Salford’s online presence and provides a solid foundation for future campaigns and fundraising activity.
Volunteering
We’ve visited the Caritas Lalley Community Allotment a few times in recent years to support the charity’s work on the ground. While at the Lalley Community Allotment, we help out with weeding, composting, planting and harvesting outdoors, then support indoors at their food pantry to keep shelves stocked and tidy. Watch the video below to learn more about the work Caritas do, and what volunteering at the Lalley Community Alloment looks like.
Walking with the Wounded
Walking With The Wounded, a UK military charity, provide holistic support to ex-Forces personnel and their families facing challenges after service.
Our work
We collaborated with Walking with the Wounded to create a digital campaign to drive regular giving and relevant website engagement. We refined their audience targeting to prioritise users with real intent. Supported by sharp messaging and authentic creative that shows their human impact, the campaign structure reflected the true journey from discovery to donation. We also rebuilt key landing pages to align better with search intent and ensured messaging was consistent across paid, organic and email channels.
The results
Their Christmas campaign delivered a staggering 1.2 billion impressions. This represents a 105% year on year increase in Q4 impressions, +23% clicks, and an 11.2% growth in donation volume. Not only this, but traffic quality to the website improved, and cost per thousand impressions decreased. What does this mean for WWTW? More first-time visitors are becoming long term supporters and ultimately driving visibility and income to enable Walking with the Wounded to continue supporting veterans.
We’re committed to following global standards for responsible business and transparency.
The frameworks shown and our Purpose Statement below provide a code of conduct that helps to guide our day-to-day decisions, influencing not only the partners we work with but the projects we choose to take on.
